At Red Apple, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Red Apple account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original product packaging and include the printed return slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
